Today, I tried the zoho planner. It allows you to post reminders and to do list. I also tried the zoho show. One thing I learned from the zoho show was that you can share it with someone else and be able to work on it together. You can even chat while working. Cool!

This site would be really helpful for students. Students can create slide shows, take notes online, create a planner,etc...

I would make them create a slide show on a topic of their choice. They can also work in pairs and share the zoho show together.

1. Our assignment was to create a web quest project on a topic of our choice.
2. I use Zunal.com to create my web quest. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate it a 8. I like how it guides you through the process in creating our webquest. The thing I dislike about it is that if you accidentally do not save your work, you cannot go back to retrieve it. You have to start all over.
3. I would use webquest in my future classroom to present a lesson activity or to teach how to create their own webquest. I think this would be helpful for the visual learners in the classroom.
4. This would be helpful for students to learn and work with technology.
5. What I like about the assignment was learning how to create it. It is something new for me. It was a great experience working with it.

Timelines

1. Today, we used tech-nology to create a timeline of 6 major events in our life. We also used xtimeline to create timeline of major events of computer history.

2. I would use these programs in my future classroom to visually familiarize students to these programs and allow them to create thier own timelines.

3. I would rate Teach-nology.com timeline generator a 9 and Xtimeline.com a 7. Teach-nology timeline generator was much easier than the xtimeline.
